FAQ
Can I sign up alone?
Yes! Solo travelers are welcome to join this tour.
Can I leave the tour group early at Waiao?
Yes, absolutely! You just need to complete an “Early Departure Release Form” prior to the trip and hand it to your tour guide on the day.
Can I cancel my booking before the trip due to personal reasons?
Cancellations are accepted.
However, please note that cancellation fees apply in accordance with the Standard Domestic Tourism Contract. In addition, admission and meal fees are charged on a “per vehicle” basis and are non-refundable once booked according to Wuling Farm Policy. Therefore, this portion of the fee will still be charged.
Is it possible to go biking at Fulong??
Since this requires extending our stay at Fulong, it is only possible if all passengers on the tour agree to adjust (shorten or skip) the subsequent itinerary. If everyone consents, we can arrange time for the cycling experience!
